Due to the digital and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed GIFs or Snapchat filters once the files have been delivered. If there is an error on our part (e.g., the wrong design was delivered), we will correct it at no additional cost. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your request.
